| Custom orders are available for most any item listed on the site. Prices will vary according to the cost of materials, labor, size and difficulty. Please send us an e-mail or contact us with the details of your custom order request, and we will do all we can to accommodate your wish. Based upon your request, we will create an estimate of the cost and time to completion. All custom orders require ½ down before any work is started on the project, and the remainder is due upon completion, before we ship the item. All shipping and insurance costs are covered by the buyer. Every effort will be made to assure that the custom order is as requested. If it is not correct or does not fit, ship it back to us with specifics on the requested changes, and we will fix it at no charge to you. Shipping / insurance will still covered by the customer. | Equestrian Items: Generally speaking, if you can send us picture/drawing of what you want we can make it. To assure that the item will fit your horse, we will request that you submit with your order a specific set of measurements of your animal. The type of measurements needed will vary by project. We will let you know which measurements we need. How well the item will fit your horse will depend upon how accurate your measurements are. Please be very careful when making your measurements. If you are ordering an outfit for the human partner, his or her measurements will also be expected. Every effort will be made to assure that the artisan understands the customers expectations. |

| Fine Arts, Crafts, and Jewelry. If you are seeking a custom piece of art, craft or jewelry, we will put you in direct contact with the artist or artisan. This will allow you to create a relationship with the creator of the desired piece. It will be the artist's or artisan's responsibility to negotiate the creation of the requested item and fair compensation. Please Note: In these instances, Cercle De La Croix acts as a referring agent. The work created, payment for it, and shipping arrangements will be handled by the artist or artisan. Some artist or artisans will use the Cercle De La Croix website to handle these arrangements. Others will not. For those that do not use our services, Cercle De la Croix cannot be held responsible for payment, shipment or guarantee of services. |
